Abstract: Sectional method and "additional method" are the most commonly applied two methods of calculating the internal force of curve -moment of girders in the engineering design.It was found by comparison that the "additional method" was a faster and better one than the "sectional method".The conditions and scope of application of the "additional method", and the problems might be met by beginners applying the method were discussed.
