圣诞树皮中OPC'S提取工艺的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on OPC' S Extraction from Bark of Acacia dealbata

  • 摘要: 用乙酸乙酯/水和丙酮/水作溶剂,从圣诞树皮中得到提取物,用化学预示法对提取物中的化学成分类别进行鉴定,主要成分是多酚类物质,按提取方法设计为OPC'S类物质.比较按相同方法提取的圣诞树皮乙酸乙酯/水提取物与黑荆树皮乙酸乙酯/水提取物的IR光谱表明:二者属同类别的物质,因此从圣诞树皮中可提取出OPC'S类物质,其树皮可作为提取OPC'S类天然抗氧化剂的原料.

     

    Abstract: Substances in bark of Acacia dealbata were extracted with two kinds of solvent system, i.e., ethyl acetate/water and acetone/water separately.The chemical preliminary test method was applied to identify the chemicals in the extracts.The result of comparison of IR showed that the extracts from the bark Acacia dealbata and those of Acacia mearnsii all belonged to the same category of phenolic substances(OPC' S).It was indicated that the active components (OPC' S)can be extracted from the bark of Acacia dealbata.
