思茅松遗传改良研究现状及育种策略的探讨

Present Status and Development Strategy of Genetic Improvement of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis

  • 摘要: 总结了思茅松在种源试验、引种及种子园技术研究等遗传改良方面的研究现状,提出了今后的遗传改良策略:进行种源试验、优树补选和基因资源的收集;进行无性繁殖技术的研究,逐步推行无性系育种;加强现有种子园的花粉管理;高世代种子园的营建和母树林的改建;开展杂交育种工作研究;积极探讨和应用现代生物技术,如胚培养技术等.

     

    Abstract: The present status of provenance trial, introduction experiment and researches on seed orchard establishment of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis were summarized, and its genetic improvement strategy in the future was discussed in the following 6 aspects:Reinforcing provenance trial, plus -tree selection and germplasm resource conservation.Undertaking researches of vegetative propagation and clone afforestation of this species.Strengthening pollen management and improving the quantity and quality of the seed orchards.Setting up seed orchards of advanced generation and rebuilding the seed production bases by improved varieties.Carrying out inter -specific hybridization, and applying biotechnology as embryo culture in propagation of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.
