河南省非公有制林业发展现状与对策探讨

Study on Present Status and Development Strategies of Non-public Ownership Forestry in Henan Province

摘要: 在大量事实与数据的基础上,分析了非公有制林业在河南省的发展现状,总结了非公有制林业的作用和发展经验,客观地分析了非公有制林业发展的制约因素,提出了非公有制林业的若干发展对策。

Abstract: The present status of non-public ownership forestry in Henan Province was analyzed, the important role of the non-public ownership forestry in the overall development of forestry was pointed out and related experience was summarized on the basis of abundant facts and data.The limiting factors to restrain the development of non-public ownership forestry were discussed objectively, and some development strategies were suggested.
