使用微型PLC进行小系统的复合控制研究

A Study on Multiple Control of Small System by Using Miniature Programmable Logic Controller

  • 摘要: 对于热交换器等系统,普通PID控制难以满足工艺要求,为寻找经济实用的途径,探讨了以微型PLC为硬件平台,通过软件的方式实现静态前馈和PID控制组成的复合控制系统,对工业过程中热交换器温度进行有效的控制,在保证较高性价比的前提下,实现复合控制和逻辑控制的较好结合。

     

    Abstract: The technological demand can not be met by regular PID control unit for a heat exchanger system. A compound control system that was composed of PID control unit working with static feed forward supported by a miniature programmable logic controller as hardware platform was discussed in this paper. It was showed that the temperature of heat exchanger in the industrial process could be effectively controlled and the multiple control and logic control might be well combined with one another by this compound system on the premise that the high performance-cost was ensured.
