保水剂与肥料交互作用对石楠抗旱效应的影响

Mutual Effect between Hydrogel and Fertilizer on Drought-resistance of Photinia serrulata Seedings

  • 摘要: 在水分胁迫条件下,以盆栽石楠为材料,研究了保水剂与肥料的交互效应对苗木光合生理特性的影响.结果表明:(1)保水剂与肥料对苗木的光合生理有明显的主效应和交互效应.苗木光合速率变化的趋势在很大程度上依赖于水分供应的多少,在水分充足时可以提高施肥效益,保水剂与肥料的交互效应有利于提高光合速率;(2)保水剂与肥料的交互效应对苗木的生存期和生长量均有显著影响;(3)对脯氨酸、丙二醛和叶片相对电导率的测定,表明保水剂与肥料的交互效应能提高苗木叶片的渗透调节能力,减轻苗木的干旱胁迫。

     

    Abstract: The mutual effect between hydrogel and fertilizer on physiological characteristics of photosynthesis of Photinia serrulata seedlings under water stress condition was explored by pot experiment. The following results were obtained: (1)Hydrogel and fertilizer had both their individual effect and the mutual effect on drought-resistance of the tested seedings, the variation of photosynthesis was mainly determined by water supply. The effect of fertilizer could be promoted under better water condition provided by hydrogel application, and the mutual effect between the hydrogel and fertilizer was beneficial to improving the net photosynthetic rates of seedlings in the experiment.(2)The mutual effect between hydrogel and fertilizer could significantly prolong the survival period and increase growth rate of the seedlings. (3)It was showed by determining the contents of Pro, MDA and the relative electrical conductivity of leaves that the mutual effect between hydrogel and fertilizer enhanced osmoregulation capacity of seedlings, which could alleviate water stress of the Photinia serrulata seedlings.
