根瘤菌的抗旱性研究进展

Research Advances in Drought-resistance of Rhizobium

  • 摘要: 与豆科植物共生结瘤固氮的根瘤菌越来越受到研究者的重视.利用根瘤菌自身的抗旱性可以为改善高温干旱地区的植被状况及提高其农业生产能力提供方法和思路.从生理生化和抗旱基因工程的角度,对根瘤菌的抗旱性研究进展作了概述。

     

    Abstract: Much more attention has been paid to the rhizobium, which are symbiotic bacteria forming symbiosis with leguminous plants and conducting nitrogen fixation in the nature.Application of the drought-tolerance of rhizobium to hot-arid regions is helpful to provide means and ideas of improving vegetation growth and promoting productivity of agriculture in these areas.The research advances in drought-resistance of rhizobium were reviewed from the point of physio-chemical view and from the angle of gene engineering.
