厚荚相思苗木接种根瘤菌的造林试验

Forestation Experiment on Acacia crasscarp Seedlings Inoculated with Nodule Bacteria

  • 摘要: 为了解接种根瘤菌对造林质量的影响,筛选出适于造林生产的优良根瘤菌株,采用随机区组试验设计,设置6处理、3重复的厚荚相思苗木接种根瘤菌造林试验,结果表明:采用接种根瘤菌的苗木造林,利用生物固氮作用,可促进幼树的高生长和地径生长,增加幼树叶片的叶绿素含量;并从中筛选出ZG04为优良菌株。

     

    Abstract: A random block forestation experiment was carried out for Acacia crassccarp seedlings inoculated with nodule bacteria designed with six treatments and three repetitions in order to understand the effect of nodule bacteria upon forestation quality, and to screen out the nodule bacteria strains with superior characters applicable to forestation.The results showed that the inoculated nodule bacteria could enhance the growth of height and basal diameter of young Acacia crassccarp trees and increase chlorophyll contents in the leaves because of the biological nitrogen fixation.Among a number of tested nodule bacteria strains, ZG04 was picked out as superior strain.
