模糊层次分析法在公路环境影响评价中的应用

Application of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process to Environmental Impact Assessment of Highway Projects

  • 摘要: 提出以层次分析法和模糊数学为基础的方案比选综合评价模型.该模型采用三角模糊数构造判断矩阵,可以反映主观判断的模糊性和不确定性.采用加权平均综合多个专家意见,降低了专家个人偏好对打分的影响.还举例说明了该模型的应用过程,验证了该模型的有效、合理性.

     

    Abstract: A comprehensive evaluation model based on analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics to compare the impact of alternative schemes of a highway project on environment in projected areas was presented. In this model, the judgment matrix was constructed with triangular fuzzy data so as to show the fuzziness and uncertainty of subjective judgment. The experts' evaluations could be synthesized by weighted average in the model, so the influence of certain experts' biased scoring might be reduced moderately. An example was provided to demonstrate the application process and to verify the effectiveness and reasonableness of this model.
