Summarization on Research Methods of Plant Genetic Diversity

  • 摘要: 遗传多样性的研究方法从个体形态学水平、细胞学水平、生理生化水平发展到了分子水平,研究层次也随之深入.论述了植物遗传变异的来源,总结并分析比较了不同水平的遗传多样性研究方法.

     

    Abstract: As an important component of biodiversity, genetic diversity is the basis of ecosystem diversity and species diversity. Methodology of genetic diversity research has been developed from morphology, cytology, physiology and biochemistry to molecular levels, and the related researches have undergone further deeply. The formation of genetic variation and different test methods of genetic diversity were discussed in this paper.
