近红外光谱分析技术及其在木材工业领域的应用

Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy Technique and Its Application to Wood Industry

  • 摘要: 近红外光谱分析技术是一种高效、快速的现代分析新技术,已经在很多领域得到广泛应用.对近红外光谱分析技术的发展过程、工作原理、分析程序、工作特点以及在企业领域的应用作了简要介绍,讨论了近红外光谱分析技术在制浆造纸、木材性质预测和木材加工利用及木质复合材料中的应用,展望了其应用前景.

     

    Abstract: Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy technique is a highly efficient and a rapid modern analysis program widely adopted in varied fields. The course of development, the working mechanism, the analysis process, the working traits and the functions of the technique were briefly introduced. The application of the technique to different industrials such as in pulp manufacturing, papermaking, forecasting of timber nature, timber processing and the application of composite wooden materials were discussed. The application prospect of the technique to wood industry was analyzed in this paper.
