苦参碱和氧化苦参碱提取纯化工艺研究

Studies on Technology for Extracting and Purifying Matrine and Oxymatrine from Sophora flavescens

  • 摘要: 通过对溶剂、提取次数、碱化条件的选择,用离子交换和重结晶的方法分离纯化苦参碱和氧化苦参碱.其工艺为60% 的酒精提取、沉淀、浓缩、酸化后上阳离子交换柱,已交换的树脂碱化后用氯仿萃取,浓缩回收氯仿后用乙醚萃取,沉淀用丙酮结晶得氧化苦参碱,醚层回收乙醚后,在石油醚中结晶得苦参碱.

     

    Abstract: The study was made on the isolation and purification of matrine and oxymatrine with ion-exchange and re-crystallization methods. Based on experiments with different solvents, extracting cycles and alkalinizing conditions, it was indicated that the following technology was practicable. Extract the raw materials with 60% alcohol as solvent.The extraction was precipitated, condensed, acidified and treated by ion-exchange.The resin through ion-exchange was extracted with chloroform after having been alkalized.Extract the chloroform extracted resin with ether after condensation to retrieve the chloroform.Crystallize the ether extracted sediment with acetone to get oxymatrine.Retrieve the acetone to get matrine by crystallization.
