唐菖蒲球茎抗真菌成分的提取

Extraction of the Antifungal Component from Corms of Gladiolus gandavensis

  • 摘要: 将新鲜的唐菖蒲球茎置于5倍水中,用组织匀浆捣碎机捣碎匀浆、热水浸提,再经过超滤、透析、凝胶柱层析、快速蛋白液相色谱(FPLC)系统纯化,得到了单一的纯物质,得率为0.557%.该物质为大分子物质,定名为GAFS.报道了分离纯化该多糖的方法,为开发新药物提供前期研究资料.

     

    Abstract: There is an active antifungal component in corms of Gladiolus gandavensis.The fresh corms were put into boiling water with 5 times in volume, and then ground into pasty mixture. An approximately pure substance was got by extracting with hot water, ultrafiltration, dialysis, column chromatography and FPLC, the extraction rate was 0.557%. The substance was identified to be a polymer and was named as GAFS. The paper reported the method of extracting and purifying this polysaccharide, and would provide new medicine study with some beneficially fundamental information.
