山核桃优树采穗圃构建及生长量分析

Establishment of Scion-producing Nursery for Plus Trees of Carya cathayensi and Analysis on the Growth Indices

  • 摘要: 以野生化香为砧木,以120株初选优树枝条为接穗构建山核桃采穗圃,嫁接1年后,按砧木不同直径等级统计其生长量、成活率、分枝数等;并根据不同采穗时间和嫁接时天气情况统计嫁接成活率.结果表明:砧木直径不同接穗的高生长与粗生长均存在极显著的差异,砧木直径>8.1 cm,接穗高生长最快(平均年生长量为12.08±27.26 cm)、直径最大(平均为1.52±0.26 cm);砧木直径为2.1~4.0 cm,接穗的成活率最高,达61.40±11.87%,砧木直径<2.0,接穗成活率及各项生长量指标均最低;选择适宜的砧木和嫁接时机能提高嫁接成活率,快速构建采穗圃.

     

    Abstract: A scion-producing nursery for 120 plus trees of Carya cathayensi was established by grafting the plus tree scions on Platycarya strobilacea stocks, and the survival rate, growth indices and the shoot numbers from the scions were investigated according to the diameter of the stocks one year later. Survival rate was specially analyzed in the light of the varied periods of time for scion collection and the weather conditions when grafting. It was showed by the variance analysis on SPSS that there were significant differences in the height and diameter growth of the scions because of the stocks diameter. Both of the average yearly height growth and diameter growth of the scions were the greatest (12.08±27.26 cm and 1.52±0.26 cm individually) when the diameter of Platycarya strobilacea stocks was above 8.1cm. The survival rate of the grafted saplings was the highest (61.40±11.87%) as the stock diameter was between 2.1 cm and 4.0 cm. When the stock diameter was less than 2.0 cm, the survival rate, height and diameter growth indices of the grafted saplings were the lowest.
