华山松扦插繁殖技术研究

Research on Cuttage Propagation Technique of Pinus armandii

  • 摘要: 用华山松不同树龄的插穗进行扦插试验,结果表明:插条的生根性状受成熟效应的影响较大;在蛭石、森林土和河沙中,以河沙为基质能获得最好的生根效果,激素以IBA或IAA较好,浓度以100 mg/L为佳.

     

    Abstract: A cuttage breeding experiment was done with cuttings made from different-aged maternal plants of Pinus armandii.It was showed by the results that the rooting properties of the cuttings were greatly influenced by the maturity of the propagation materials.Among vermiculite, forest soil and river sand substrates, the best rooting result was obtained by river sand.100 mg/L of IBA or 100 mg/L of IAA would be helpful to the rooting process.
