Abstract: Aiming at conserving local natural resources and biodiversity, ensuring the sustainability of tourism resources and, implementing the sustainable development of tourism so as to realize the target of 'propelling local economy with ecotourism', the overall planning of Jiafeng Mountain Ecotourism Area in Fumin County, Yunnan Province was made to explore the way of ecotourism development.The planning was composed of the building objective, principles, framework, disposition of function quarters, etc.
