华山松疱锈病检疫技术研究初探——组织染色法

Preliminary Study on Cronartium ribicola Quarantine Technology for Pinus armandii——Tissue Staining Method

  • 摘要: 以病区华山松罹病植株和非病区华山松正常植株为材料,通过组织切片后从两种不同染色方法中选出品红染色法,再经正交试验对品红染色法进行综合检测,筛选最佳染色方案.按此方法检测出华山松疱锈病病原菌在罹病植株枝干部的分布情况,为基层的检疫及防治工作提供理论依据.

     

    Abstract: Taking both of the healthy plants of Pinus armandii and the plants infested by Cronartium ribicola as experiment materials, Fuchsine acid staining method was chosen from two different staining ways for sampled cut sections of the tissues of either healthy and infected Pinus armandii by microscopic examination, and then the Fuchsine acid staining method was testified through orthogonal test.The distribution of Cronartium ribicola pathogen inside the stem of infected Pinus armandii was determined, which would be helpful to the quarantine and control of Cronartium ribicola by providing the grass-root foresters with theoretical foundation.
