植物生长调节剂对薄壳山核桃硬枝扦插生根的影响

Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Rooting Capacity by Lignified Cuttings of Carya illinoensis

  • 摘要: 以3年生薄壳山核桃硬枝为材料进行扦插繁殖试验.结果表明:新根发生属愈伤组织生根型.在0~500 mg/kg试验浓度范围内,NAA 200,IBA 100~500 mg/kg对萌芽枝生根最为有效.NAA 200,IBA 100 mg/kg对休眠枝生根最为有效.萌芽枝较休眠枝生根效果好.

     

    Abstract: The cuttage experiment was carried out with lignified cuttings got from three-year-old seedlings of Carya illinoensis. The following conclusions were drawn from the experiment:The adventitious roots of Carya illinoensis. were developed from callus.NAA 200, IBA 100~500 mg/kg were the most effective among the concentration range of 0~500 mg/kg for each plant growth regulator for the rooting process from bud germinating cuttings.NAA 200, IBA 100 had the best rooting effect for cuttings got from the dormant branches.Cuttings got from the bud germinating shoots could root better than those from the dormant branches.
