思茅松树皮中低聚原花色素的性能研究

Study on Performance of Oligermeric Proanthocyanidins from Bark of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis

  • 摘要: 用溶剂法从思茅松树皮中提取有效成分低聚原花色素,对提取产物的溶解性、紫外吸收光谱、热稳定性、光稳定性和抗氧化性进行研究.结果表明:思茅松树皮提取的低聚原花色素具有较好的水溶性,最大吸收波长为280 nm,当T≤60℃时,对热稳定,具有一定的耐光性;对食用油脂具有良好的抗氧化作用.

     

    Abstract: The solubility, UV absorption spectrum, heat and light stabilities and anti-oxidation activity of oligermeric proanthocyanidins(OPC) extracted from the bark of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis were studied. The results showed that the OPC extracted by solvent method had good water solubility, light and thermal stabilities. Its λmax was 280 nm when the temperature was under 60℃. The results also showed that the OPC was actively resistant to oxidation, and it will be suitable for edible oil preservation.
