微波辐照核桃壳磷酸法制备活性炭的研究

Study on Manufacture of Activated Carbon from Walnut Shell with H3PO4 by Microwave Irradiation

  • 摘要: 以核桃壳为原料,采用微波辐照磷酸法制备活性炭.探讨了磷酸浓度、微波功率、辐照时间及对产品活性炭的亚甲基蓝脱色力、碘吸附值及得率的影响.确定了微波辐照磷酸法制备活性炭的工艺条件: 微波功率460 W,活化时间10 min,磷酸质量分数50%.在此条件下制得的活性炭碘吸附值为809.06 mg/g,亚甲基蓝脱色率108 mL/g,得率52.96%.活化时间是传统工艺水蒸汽活化核桃壳制活性炭的1/9,得率是传统工艺的2.6倍.

     

    Abstract: The activated carbon was prepared from walnut shell with H3PO4 by microwave irradiation. The effects of H3PO4 solution concentration, microwave power and activation time on the decolorizing capacity for methylene blue, iodine value and the yield of the activated carbon product was experimented. The best technology for preparing activated carbon with H3PO4 microwave irradiation was determined as: microwave power was 460 w, activation time was 10 min, H3PO4 solution concentration was 50%. The decolorizing capacity of the activated carbon manufactured under these conditions for methylene blue was 10.8 mL/0.1 g,the iodine value was 809.06 mg/g, and the yield of the product reached 52.96%. The activation time was as short as 1/9 of the traditional technology and the yield was 2.6 times of that by traditional technology.
