灰葡萄孢毒素诱发紫茎泽兰电解质渗漏化学物质的研究——可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量变化

Studies on Chemical Substances from Electrolyte Leakage of Eupatorium adenophorum Induced by Pathotoxins from Botrytis cinerea——Content Change of Soluble Protein and Soluble Sugar

  • 摘要: 以紫茎泽兰离体叶片为材料,研究灰葡萄孢代谢产生的毒素对紫茎泽兰叶片细胞膜透性、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量的影响;测定毒素诱发电解质渗漏液的部分成分.结果表明:灰葡萄孢毒素能使紫茎泽兰叶组织细胞膜透性增大,叶组织内可溶性蛋白含量减少,可溶性糖含量先增大后减少;电解质渗漏液中含有可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖.

     

    Abstract: The effects of toxin produced by metabolism of Botrytis cinerea on permeability of the cell membrane,content change of soluble protein and soluble sugar were studied by taking the fresh leaves in vitro of Eupatorium adenophorum as the experimental material,and partial components of the electrolyte leakage induced by the toxin were analyzed. The results showed that the toxin could increase the permeability of cell membrane,reduce the content of soluble protein of Eupatorium adenophorum.The content of soluble sugar increased at the earlier stage and then decreased later. It was showed by the determination that the electrolyte leakage contained soluble protein and soluble sugar.
