不同生长调节物质对板栗幼树生长的影响

Experiment on Effect of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Growth of Castanea mollissima Saplings

  • 摘要: 用生产上广泛应用的生长调节物质多效唑(PP333)、矮壮素(CCC)处理板栗幼树,并进行随机区组设计,测定不同生长调节剂处理对板栗新枝长度、粗度等生长指标的影响.结果显示:不同处理对品种内和品种间板栗新枝长度的影响差异达极显著水平,对新枝粗度的影响差异显著;不同处理和不同品种存在交互作用;矮壮素的作用明显,最佳处理为CCC 200,100 μg/g;使用浓度为100 μg/g的矮壮素可抑制徒长枝,促进营养物质的有效积累.

     

    Abstract: The application effects of two kinds of widely-used plant growth regulators i.e., CCC and PP333 on growth of new shoot length, branch diameter and other growth indices of Castanea mollissima saplings were testified by random block design experiment. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in the length growth of new shoots both in each cultivar and among the cultivars when the 2 tested plant growth regulators were applied. The regulators could also significantly affect the growth of branch diameter. It was showed by the experiment that there were interactions among the regulator treatments and the cultivars. Comparatively speaking, CCC had stronger effect on the growth of new branches. 100 μg/g of CCC could well inhibit occurrence of water sprouts and enhance effective accumulation of the organic nutrition.
