基于Matlab/simulink的柴油机喷油器建模与仿真

Modeling and Simulation of Diesel Engine Injector based on Matlab/Simulink Theories

  • 摘要: 喷油器是柴油机燃油供给系统的重要部件,它工作的优劣关系到柴油机的工作特性、经济性和排放.建立了喷油器针阀的动力学模型和燃油在喷油器中的流体动力学模型,用Matlab/Simulink对模型进行了仿真计算,仿真的结果与实例曲线吻合.

     

    Abstract: Injector is the most important part of diesel engine fuel systems. The working condition of the diesel engine, fuel consumption and emission properties of the engine are greatly determined by the working characteristics of the injector.The dynamic model of injector needle and hydrokinetics model of the fuel inside the injector were established in this paper. Simulation calculation was carried out according to Matlab/Simulink theories and it was showed that the results of simulation well coincided with the curve obtained from the example studies.
