华山松无性系种子园辅助授粉试验初报

Preliminary Report on Artificial Supplementary PollinationExperiment in Clonal Seed Orchard of Pinus armandii

  • 摘要: 在华山松无性系种子园初果期,花粉量不能满足自然授粉需要的情况下,进行人工辅助授粉可使座果率、种子饱满率和千粒重均有所提高,其中对晚花型无性系效果最好,辅助授粉可在雌球花可授期的初期和盛期各进行1次.

     

    Abstract: It was found out that the quantity of pollens produced by the clonal seed-orchard of Pinus armandii could not meet the demand of natural pollination at its early fruiting stage. Artificia1 supplementary pollination could effectively increase the fruit setting rate, plumpness of the seeds and thousand-grain weight, especially for the late-blooming clones. It was showed by the experiment that better results could be obtained by applying twice the artificial supplementary pollination both at the initial blooming stage and at the full blooming stage individually.
