土壤处理对油松育苗及猝倒病发生的影响

Soil Treatment Effect on Occurrence of Damping-off Disease to Pinus tabulaeformis Seedlings

  • 摘要: 采用纯黄土及腐殖质土按不同比例混合,或加入不同种类、不同剂量的杀菌剂等方法,对育苗所用营养土进行不同处理,对油松苗期生长情况及猝倒病发生情况的调查发现:营养土中含1/3以上腐殖质时,有利于油松苗木的生长,且松苗猝倒病的发生程度较轻;药剂处理对油松苗木生长量无明显影响,而对控制猝倒病的发生有显著作用;在加入FeSO4的基础上,再加入多菌灵或地菌净中的任意一种药剂会对松苗猝倒病起到较好的控制效果.

     

    Abstract: The effects of soil treatment and utilization of different kinds of pesticides with varied concentrations on seedling growth of Pinus tabulaeformis and occurrence extent of damping-off disease were studied. The results showed that the seedlings grew better, and the damping-off disease happened less when the humus content in the nurture medium was over 1/3. Utilization of varied pesticides had obvious effect on controlling of damping-off disease but did not significantly influence upon the growth of P. tabulaeformis seedlings. Integrated utilization of FeSO4 with carbendazim or other pesticide could better control the occurrence of damping-off disease.
