含氧2%空气短时抑制光呼吸对榉树光系统性状的影响

Effect of Temporary Photorespiration Inhibition on PS Characteristics of Zelkova schneideriana by 2% O2 Concentration

  • 摘要: 用叶绿素荧光技术和叶红外820 nm吸收技术测定了短时含氧2%空气环境对榉树PSⅡ和PSⅠ的影响,结果表明:用含氧2%的空气短时抑制榉树光呼吸后,引起光系统结构和功能、光系统活性及电子流向发生变化,PSⅡ原初光能转换效率、潜在活性、FtETR下降,qP,qN均升高,PSⅠ原初光能转换效率和潜在活性下降.

     

    Abstract: The effect of short period of photorespiration inhibition by 2% O2 air environment on PS I and PS II of Zelkova schneideriana tree species was measured by technologies of chlorophyll fluorescence and leaf absorbance change of 820 nm spectrum by the leaves. The results showed that both the PS structure and functions were changed, the activities of PS and electron flowing direction inside were affected by the temporary photorespiration restriction. The primary photo energy transferring efficiency and potential activities of both PS I and PS II, Ft and ETR indices decreased, whereas qP and qN fluorescence parameters increased when air environment of 2% O2 concentration was applied.
