雷公藤叶面积回归方程法测算

Calculation of Leaf Area of Tripterygium wilfordii by Regression Equation

  • 摘要: 对雷公藤叶面积、叶长、叶宽、叶长宽乘积、叶长宽比的测量和计算发现:其具有较稳定的叶长宽比和叶形,采用5个常用方程拟合,其叶长、叶宽、叶长宽乘积与叶面积间存在高度正相关关系.经验证,以一元线性回归方程的叶面积与叶长宽乘积、一元幂回归方程的叶面积与叶长宽乘积2个方程理论值与实际值差异不显著,且误差率较少,在±4%之内,能较精确测算雷公藤的叶面积.

     

    Abstract: The leaf area, the length, width, the product of the length and width, the ratio between the length and width of the Tripterygium wilfordii leaves were measured and calculated. The results showed that T. wilfordii tree species possessed comparatively stable leaf form and the length and width ratio of the leaves. Five common equations were applied to model the features of the leaves. There were highly positive correlations among indices of the length, width, the product of the length and width and the leaf area of T. wilfordi tree species. It was testified that there were no significant differences between the practical values and the theoretical ones calculated by one-variable linear regression equation and by power regression equation for calculating the leaf areas and the product of the length and width of the leaves, and the error rate estimated was below 4%. These equations could be applied to calculate the leaf area of T. wilfordii tree species with comparatively high accuracy.
