攀枝花苏铁繁殖初探

Preliminary Experiment on Propagation of Cycas panzhihuaensis

  • 摘要: 对攀枝花苏铁种群自然繁殖习性进行了调查,开展了人工授粉和人工繁殖试验.结果表明:攀枝花苏铁自然种群以根蘖繁殖为主,种子繁殖较少;人工授粉可明显提高种子产量,1年生播种苗保存率可达69%.

     

    Abstract: The natural propagation properties of Cycas panzhihuaensis population were investigated, and experiments of artificial pollination and propagation were conducted. The results showed that tillering was the dominant manner of propagation for Cycas panzhihuaensis natural population, while the seedling propagation was rarely observed. It was showed that artificial pollination could significantly improve the seed output. The survival rate of one-year-old seedling of Cycas panzhihuaensis could reach 69%.
