用超声波法从核桃壳中提取棕色素的研究

Study on Ultrasonic Extraction of Brown Pigment from Walnut Shell

  • 摘要: 探讨了用超声波技术从核桃壳中提取棕色素的可行性,讨论了超声波处理时间、溶剂和固液比对棕色素得率的影响.结果表明:超声波处理时间为40 min,提取液乙醇浓度为50%,固液比(质量比)为1:10,产物棕色素的得率较高,产率为7.25%.

     

    Abstract: The feasibility to extract brown pigment from the walnut shell by means of ultrasonic technique was studied, and the influences of ultrasonic treatment duration, solvent for extraction and the ratio between solid and liquid on the extraction rate of brown pigment from walnut shell was discussed. It was showed that the highest extraction rate of the brown pigment reached 7.25% when the ultrasonic extraction time was 40 minutes, the concentration of alcohol in the solvent was 50% and the ratio between solid and liquid was 1:10(w/w).
