Abstract: Research advances in propagation techniques of ornamental cherry were summarized mainly including sowing, grafting, cuttage and tissue culture. Some problems were discussed in the light of propagation techniques and the development tendency in ornamental cherry studies was pointed out so as to provide related research and technique extension with references.
