唐菖蒲球茎中抗真菌物质活性测定

Vitality Determination of Anti-fungal Substance Extracted from Gladiolus hybridus Corms

  • 摘要: 在从唐菖蒲球茎中提取抗真菌活性生物大分子的过程中,利用木霉和样品水溶液在相应培养基上共培养,观察其抑菌效果,指导提取、纯化和筛选,并将分离纯化得到的纯生物大分子多糖与几种致人体皮肤病病菌进行抗菌谱测定.结果显示:唐菖蒲抗真菌多糖具有较宽的抗菌谱和较高的抗菌活性.

     

    Abstract: The extraction of antifungal substance from the corm of Gladiolus hybridus was experimented and its antifungal vitality was tested by sampling Trichoderma sp. on medium mixed with the purified polyose substance through extraction, isolation and selection, and culturing on a certain kind of medium. The antimycotic spectrum of the purified bio-substance with large molecular weight was determined with several fungi species that often cause dermatomycosis of human beings. The result showed that the antifungal vitality of the polyose bio-substance extracted and purified from G. hybridus corm was strong with broad antimycotic spectrum.
