杠柳根皮化学成分生物活性的研究

Chemical Composition and Bioactivity of Root Bark from Periploca sepium

  • 摘要: 对杠柳根皮组织化学成分生物活性的测定研究结果表明:单体化合物II(香草醛乳糖苷)在使用浓度为3.0~6.0 mg/mL时对小麦、油菜具有强的抑制生长活性;当浓度降低到0.75 mg/mL时,反而对油菜种子具有促进萌发和刺激生长的作用.单体化合物III(杠柳苷E)和IV(强心苷类)对麦二叉蚜具有较强的触杀活性,对粘虫具有胃毒和拒食活性.

     

    Abstract: A preliminary study on chemical composition of root bark from Periploca sepium was accomplished.The result indicated that compound II extracted from the root bark could restrain the growth of wheat and rape seedlings when its concentration was about 3.0~6.0mg/mL;whereas it could promote the seed germination and the growth of wheat and rape when its concentration was lower than 0.75 mg/mL.Another study result showed that compounds III and IV possessed strong contact poisonous effect against Schizaphis graminum,and they also showed stomach toxic and food rejection vitality to Mythimna separate.
