中华蚊母树光合作用日变化初步研究

Preliminary Study on Variation of Diurnal Photosynthesis of Distylium chinense Plants

  • 摘要: 用CB-1102型便携式光合测定仪,在自然条件下测定中华蚊母树的光合作用日进程主要指标.结果表明:在夏季晴天,中华蚊母树光合日动态呈明显的双峰曲线,峰值分别出现在12:00和16:00,在14:00左右表现出明显的"光合午休"现象,光合速率最大值出现在12:00,为9.37μmol/m2·s;蒸腾速率日变化呈单峰曲线,到12:00达到1天最大值,约为4.34μmol/m2·s;蒸腾速率、大气温度、光合有效辐射及胞间CO2浓度等生理生态因子对光合速率存在不同程度的影响.

     

    Abstract: The main photosynthesis indexes of Distylium chinense were measured with CB-1102 portable photosynthesis instrument under natural condition. The results showed that the daily progress of photosynthesis rate(Pn) was an obvious double-peak curve. The peak values were at 12:00 am and 16:00 pm respectively. Light noon break occurred at about 14:00 pm. The maximum net photosynthesis rate occurred at 12:00 am and was only 9.37 μmol /m2·s. The curve of diurnal variation of transpiration rate was one peak curve, but the peak value appeared at 12:00 am to 16:00 pm, which was 4.34 μmol/m2·s or so. Photosynthesis rate was also affected to different extents by eco-physiological factors such as transpiration, temperature, Ci and PAR.
