Abstract: In the era of globalization,the phenomena of assimilation and homogenization appear in the landscape field,which makes regional distinctive characters of landscape architecture disappear gradually.In order to maintain landscape heterogeneity and variety,the research objective of this paper was to explore the expression of regional characters of landscape architecture from three aspects,i.e.,the natural environment,regional culture and historical context.Eventually,it was tried to achieve a landscape with sustainable development both in culture and ecology.
