Abstract: Project financing is one of the important fund raising approaches,which can effectively provide large scale infrastructure projects with financial support.It is also suitable for fund raising for forestry projects.The applicability of forestry projects financing was analyzed based on the present financing status of forestry projects.The necessity of forestry projects financing was discussed in the light of project financing characteristics.The feasibility and advantages of the implementation of the forestry projects financing were proposed in the paper.
