Abstract: Based on the internal conditions and external environmental conditions,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges for the development of bio-energy industry of China were analyzed by means of SWOT strategic analysis tool,and the countermeasures for sustainable biological energy industry in China were proposed.
