企业进行环境技术创新的动力机制模型探讨

Study on Dynamic Mechanism Model of Environmental Technology Innovation for Enterprises

  • 摘要: 在分析各种环境技术创新动力机制模型的基础上,提出构建企业进行环境技术创新动力机制模型的前提条件,分析构建模型的基本方法和模型构建过程,即在考虑货币时间价值的情况下,采用年运营成本的方法构建企业自主进行环境技术创新和依托科研机构进行污染治理的年运营成本模型,说明了对未限期治理的企业应支付的最低年治理费用和罚款额度.还分析了保障企业进行环境技术创新动力的措施.

     

    Abstract: The preconditions to establish dynamic mechanism model of the environmental technology innovation for enterprises were proposed based on comprehensive analysis of the varied dynamic mechanism models put forward by experts.The paper analyses the basic method and process for establishing the model,i.e.,the yearly operation cost model of the environmental technology innovation was established by making use of the yearly operation cost method to control the pollution and by relying on the scientific institution.The paper also illustrates the reason for setting the minimum yearly expenditure by enterprises and the amount of penalty for companies that might not control the pollution within the deadline.Finally,it briefly analyses the countermeasures to assure the driving force to conduct environment technology innovation for enterprises.
