西北牧区退牧还草工程生态补偿依据与标准

Study on Theoretical Basis and Standards of Ecological Compensation for Turning Pasture to Grass-producing Land Project in Northwest Grazing Areas

  • 摘要: 针对西北牧区退牧还草补偿标准的不合理性,依据草地承载力理论和草畜动态平衡原理,采用西北牧区草地资源数据,结合草地生态经济系统中单位草地的净初级生产量和载畜量,确定退牧区不同草地类型禁(休)牧饲料粮、围栏、补播的补偿标准.

     

    Abstract: Based on the loading capacity of pasture and the pasture-livestock dynamic equilibrium principles and the grassland resource data collected in northwest China,the net primary production(NPP) of unit grazing grassland and the livestock loading volume per unit area of grassland ecological and economic systems were calculated,and the compensation standards for fodder grain,fencing and supplementary sowing on different grassland which was turned from the grazing pasture in different provinces and autonomous regions were determined by analyzing the unreasonable points of the compensation standards presently carried out in northwestern pastoral areas in China.
