Study on Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Mineral Resources Utilization in Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 分析了云南现行矿产资源相关税费制度的构成与不足,矿产资源开发利益分配的矛盾与缺陷,提出建立和完善云南矿产资源开发生态补偿机制的建议与对策.

     

    Abstract: This article discussed the composition and shortcomings of present tax system related to mineral resource exploration in Yunnan Province,studied the contradiction and disadvantages regarding to interest distribution along with mineral resource utilization.It put forward suggestions and countermeasures to set up and improve the ecological compensation mechanism for mineral resources industry development in Yunnan Province.
