人工栽培雷公藤醇提取物对杉木种子发芽的化感效应

Allelopathy Effect of Ethanol Extracts from Cultivated Tripterygium wilfordii on Cunninghamia lanceolata Seed Germination

摘要: 利用醇浸提的方式对人工栽培雷公藤的生化物质进行提取,通过杉木种子发芽试验进行生物检测,结果表明:浓度为50 mg/kg的雷公藤各器官醇浸提液对杉木种子的发芽和生长有促进作用.

Abstract: The biochemical substance of cultivated Tripterygium wilfordii was extracted by ethanol and the bioassays of the substance were conducted with seed germination of Cunninghamia lanceolata.The results showed that 50 mg/kg concentration of ethanol extracts from different organs of cultivated T.wilfordii had a positive effect on seed germination of C.lanceolata.
