Design and Realization of Weigh-in System of Ground Weigher in Transportation Field

  • 摘要: 地磅称量系统通过RS232串口实现地磅称量设备与计算机之间的数据通信.利用Windows API函数实现串口编程,完成称量数据采集.与后台数据库交换数据,实现对地磅称量数据的实时显示、自动采集、安全存储、多方式查询、统计汇总和打印输出等工作,最大限度地防止舞弊行为的发生.

     

    Abstract: RS232 serial communication was applied to implement data transmission between the weigh-in system of ground weigher and the computer.The data collection was accomplished by realization of serial programming through the application of Windows API Function.Data exchange with the background database helps fulfill works as the real time data display,automatic data collection,safe data storage,multi-access data search,data statistical treatment and data printout for the ground weigher.This system may avoid the possibility of malpractices to a great extent,function positively in the production and management process of enterprises,and provide enterprises with strong help to modern administration.
