印度块菌菌根对苗木生长的影响

Study on Impact of Tuber indicum Mycorrhiza on the Growth of Tree Saplings

  • 摘要: 用印度块菌接种云南松、华山松和板栗3种宿主植物幼苗,研究幼苗形成菌根后对苗高、地径和生物量的影响.结果表明:接种印度块菌形成菌根后对3种植物生长有促进作用,其中对苗高生长促进效果不明显,对地径生长促进效果较明显,对生物量增加的促进效果也较明显.不同宿主植物促生效果不同,对块菌菌根的依赖性也不同.

     

    Abstract: The influence of mycorrhiza upon the sapling height,basal diameter and biomass of three tree species,i.e.,Pinus yunnanensis,P.amandii and Castanea mollissima as host plants after having been inoculated with T.Indicum.The results showed that T.indicum mycorrhiza formed with these tree species saplings could promote the growth.The promotion effect was especially significant to the growth of basal diameter,significant to biomass,while insignificant to height growth of the saplings.It was showed that there was difference in growth promotion effect among the three tree species,and the dependence on T.indicum mycorrhiza among these tree species was also different.
