Establishment of Forest Fire Hazard Forecasting Model Based on Meteorological Factor Grade in Yuxi Municipality

摘要: 通过分析降水、空气湿度、温度、风、连续无降雨日数等气象条件对森林火险的影响, 建立森林火险气象等级预报模型,确定影响因子权重,进行实际森林火险气象预报等级计算,提出在全市重点森林区建立多要素气象遥测自动监测网,实现玉溪市森林火险监测与预报预警精确到林区的目标,从而减小森林火灾防范的盲目性,最大限度的挽回森林火灾造成的损失.Abstract: The forecasting model of forest fire hazard was established on the basis of analyzing the influence of meteorological conditions upon forest fire hazard and the meteorological factor grades were calculated by means of determining power weight for these influencing factors. It was proposed that a remote automatic monitor network should be set up for the key forest areas all around Yuxi Municipality based on multiple meteorological elements in order to realize the target to precisely foretell the forest fire hazard to forest compartment level so as to reduce the loss and damage from forest fires to the greatest extent.
