摘要

摘要: 从论述集体林权制度改革的意义入手,分析玉溪市集体林权制度改革的现状及存在问题,提出改进措施与对策.

Abstract: Started with elaborating the significance of tenant right system reform of collective forests, the present status of collective forest tenant right regime reform and problems existing were analyzed and the relevant countermeasures to promote the reform process were proposed.
