Exploration of Collective Forest Tenant Right Reform in Three Counties of Yuxi Municipality

  • 摘要: 通过对玉溪市红塔区、华宁、通海3县区林权制度改革的调研,摸清3县区集体林权现状,针对集体林权制度改革存在的主要问题、困难和矛盾,提出深化集体林权制度改革的建议.

     

    Abstract: Based on the survey of collective forest tenant right system reform in Hongta District, Huaning and Tonghai counties of Yuxi Municipality,the collective forest tenant right situation,the major problems,dii-culties and contradictions related to the collective forest tenant right system reform of the three counties and district were studied,and corresponding recommendations to deepen this reform were proposed.
