Abstract: The relationship between the tenant right reform of collective forests and forestry industry development was studied. It was pointed out that the former regime and mechanism of forestry was no more compatible with the fast development of modem forestry industry. It was proposed that the forestry industry might be promoted only by deepening the reform process of collective forest tenant right in China.
