自然气候老化对木塑地板性能的影

Natural Weathering Effects on the Performance of WoodPlastic Flooring

  • 摘要: 以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和木粉(橡胶木粉或红木粉)为主要原料,添加紫外线吸收剂(UV-531、UV-1),挤出成型木塑地板,研究昆明与西双版纳两地180 d自然气候老化对其性能的影响。结果表明:自然气候老化使木塑地板抗弯性能降低,高温暴晒是主要原因之一;自然气候老化使木塑地板表面颜色发生变化,添加和木粉原料相适应的紫外线吸收剂可以有效提高木塑地板的表面色牢度;降雨量增大会提高木塑地板的吸水率,添加紫外线吸收剂有助于提升木塑地板的耐水性能。

     

    Abstract: The high density polyethylene (HDPE) and the wood powder (rubber wood flour or annatto powder) are used as the main raw material for the study and added with 03% of UV absorbers (UV531 or UV1), extrusion molding them for PE based woodplastic floor. 180 days observation was made for natural weathering effects on woodplastic floor′s performance in Kunming and Xishuangbanna. The results showed that: The 180day natural weathering reduce the woodplastic floor′s bending performance, high temperature and exposure to the sun is one of the main reasons;The surface color changes with the Natural weathering exposure, adding proper UV absorber fitting with wood powder raw material can effectively improve the fastness of surface color in woodplastic floor; The heavy rainfall will increase the water absorption rate of woodplastic flooring, adding UV absorbers can enhance water resistance of woodplastic flooring.
