蘑菇渣污泥混合基质理化性质及其对女贞容器苗生长的影响

The Physicochemical Property of Mushroom Residue and Sludge Substrate and Its Effect on Growth of Ligustrum Container Seedlings

  • 摘要: 以蘑菇渣和污泥作为主要原料,采用完全随机区组试验设计,对2种女贞的容器苗进行蘑菇渣和城市污泥发酵基质不同配比的栽培试验。结果表明:基质的总孔隙、通气孔隙和大小孔隙比主要受污泥添加量的影响,污泥含量越高总孔隙度、通气孔隙和大小孔隙比越低,基质配比的pH受蘑菇渣和污泥含量影响较大;基质配比为6∶4和5∶5的处理能显著提高金叶女贞和金森女贞容器苗的成活率和高生长,说明该基质配方可作为女贞容器苗生产的推广配方。

     

    Abstract: Mushroom residue and sludge as principal raw material,by using randomized complete block design,container seedlings of 2 privet species were planted in different proportion substrate of mushroom residue and sludge.The result showed that substrate total pore space,aeration pore and big and small void ratio were affected by sludge dosage.As the sludge content was higher,the total pore space,aeration pore and void ratio were lower.Matrix pH value mainly was affected by mushroom residue and sludge content.The ratio of mushroom residue and sludge was 6∶4 or 5∶5 might significantly improve the survival rate of transplanting and height growth of Ligustrum japonicum and Ligustrum×vicaryi.The result indicated that the substrate formula was suitable for production of privet container seedlings.
