枫香半同胞家系子代遗传变异与优良家系选择研究

Study on the Genetic Variations of HalfSib Progeny Testing and Excellent Family Selection of Liquidambar formosana

  • 摘要: 以全国19个枫香种源的125个半同胞家系子代试验林为研究材料,按二级裂区试验设计,分析其6年生时的生长性状差异和遗传变异特征,并进行优良家系选择。结果表明:枫香半同胞家系间存在较丰富的变异,变异系数最高达4004%,其胸径、材积、树高、冠幅生长性状的差异均达极显著水平,且胸径、树高、材积生长性状之间的正相关性均达极显著水平,表明枫香各家系具有选育潜力。家系遗传力比单株遗传力高,胸径、树高、材积家系遗传力受中度遗传控制;胸径、树高、材积之间遗传相关系数、表型相关系数较高,相关系数均在07以上。以材积为主,以胸径和树高为辅,在125个家系中初选51个家系,其中精英家系3个,优良家系4个,良好家系44个,表现最好的家系编号为松滋09,胸径、材积、树高的平均值为585cm、000711m3、490m,遗传增益分别为2052%、6570%、1488%。

     

    Abstract: The indexes including differences and genetic characteristics of growth traits were investigated in 6yearold 125 halfsib progeny test plantations introduced from 19 kinds of national Liquidambar formosana provenances by secondary split plot design,and then selected fine family.The results showed that difference of DBH(diameter at breast height),volume,tree height,crown growth traits were extremely significant, there was a richer variation in Liquidambar formosana half sib families whose coefficient of variation reached 4004% in the maximum,and therefore,they demonstrated that the breeding potential was existed.The Family heritability was higher than the individual heritability,when the indexes of DBH,tree height, volume and family heritability were commanded by the moderate genetic.The positive correlation among all growth traits reached extremely significant,and the correlation coefficients were all above 070.Based on volume,with DBH and tree high,supplemented by,selected 51 pedigrees in 125 families.Among of them,the elite families were 3,excellent homes were 4 and good homes were 44.The number of the best home was Songzi 09.It’s DBH,volume,tree height,the average value for 585cm,000711m3,and 490m,and left transfer gain was 2052%,6570% and 1488%,respectively.
