纳米氧化锌改性木塑复合材料的抗老化性能

Anti Ageing Properties of NanoZnO Modified Wood Plastic Composites

  • 摘要: 通过不同时间紫外老化处理纳米氧化锌改性木塑复合材料,分析老化前后试样颜色和弯曲强度的变化,结合SEM和FTIR探讨复合材料的老化机制,分析不同含量纳米氧化锌对木塑复合材料抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:紫外老化处理后复合材料表面颜色发生变化,添加纳米氧化锌后能够改善颜色变化;老化1500h后空白试样的弯曲强度下降1908%,添加1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的试样的弯曲强度分别下降1504%、1360%、1371%、1200%、1409%;通过SEM观察老化处理后复合材料发现其表面出现裂纹,FTIR分析得出老化后复合材料表面发生氧化。

     

    Abstract: The performance of wood fiber reinforced high density polyethylene composites (WPC) after experiencing ultraviolet accelerated aging was investigated.The aging mechanism and the effect of different content of NanoZnO on the antiaging properties were studied by SEM and FTIR.The results showed that ultraviolet accelerated aging leads to the composites color changing,which can be better with NanoZnO modification. The bending strength of WPC decreased significantly after aging.The bending strength of blank samples decreased by 19.08% after 1 500 h aging,and by 15.04%,13.60%,13.71%, 12.00%,14.09%,respectively,for the WPCs modified with NanoZnO.SEM analysis showed cracks on the weathered surface of composites,and FTIR analysis indicated oxidation occurring on the surface during aging.
